A Welcome Addition To Our ASCIP Family!

We are delighted to introduce you to ASCIP’s Claims Manager, Jo Ann Sprague, our newest member of the ASCIP claims team. Jo Ann comes to ASCIP with 16 years of claims handling experience with most of that in a supervisory or managerial capacity. She has extensive experience handling claims for public entities, especially working directly with school districts, including school site field investigations, coordinating subrogation, fraud investigations, as well as managing and overseeing the resolution of complex claims whether through mediation or litigation management. She has extensive experience supervising a claims team, auditing work-flows and helping the team to achieve above expectations.
Jo Ann has a bachelor’s degree from California State University Dominguez Hills. She enjoys hiking, bike riding, spin classes and spending time each week with her three grandchildren – 2 boys ages 6 and 8, and a granddaughter, who is 9 months old. Jo Ann says “they keep me young”.
Jo Ann states that “being a certified paralegal has greatly assisted me with litigated cases allowing me the opportunity to successfully manage, work, and oversee litigated cases with a successful outcome.” With her well rounded, extensive claims experience she will be an enhancement to the new ASCIP claims operations. We are pleased to include Jo Ann in our ASCIP family!
